The reason the Xb1X works better for most people is because the Series S has no disc drive. I can get games for dirt cheap on disc that the S series forces me to buy at a premium price digitally. That makes the Xb1X a super high performance budget console. I have a massive library for pennies on the dollar compared to what I would of had to pay had I got stuck in the disc less Series S ecosystem. Logically what could they offer me to top that? Why would I willingly throw away money for far less?

i play both and double dip on games. almost every game is better graphically on 360. the frame rates and the smoothness of the edges on the 360 is much better.

Buying physical discs is the only choice for new players now. But there is the license transfer: if your friend has an account with digital games you can transfer the licenses to your console and play in your account. They also deactivated the youtube app but looks like netflix still works

honestly. the xb360 still slaps. had one for nearly 2 years and I got it for $80. also Saints Row r fun games..

I have been using xbox one x since it came out. No issues.

I couldn’t care less that the Xbox store has shutdown as I have all my 360 games physically. I just install the discs onto the hdd so that way it’s less wear on the disc drive and so it runs quieter not having to hear the disc drive going once the game has loaded up

Not gonna lie. The 360's whirling siren-like sound of it booting up was strangely nostalgic. I haven't heard that sound since 2011. I missed it.

After the end of the Xbox 360 online store, It still one of the best deal in gaming today. And I want to say, now the 360 is "officially" dead (yes I know the online game still work for some games and update still work), It's the best time to hack it, to still have access of all the XBLA games and install our physical games on the HDD !

Really sad this console is pretty much dead sorta I still have my slim console and a good decent handful of games but still can be good to use to play og xbox games too.

I was luckily able to pick up the Undead Nightmare DLC for RDR1 before the store shut down. Such a shame the game isn't available on PC yet. I was hoping it'd be released with the PS4 and Switch ports. Great video as always, keep it up!

A pc makes much more sense my friend. Even a budget 500$ machine hits 60fps in all games. And the games are much cheaper and the most important part, no Xbox subscription for online play. Also components are much cheaper like a new controller.

Can you play college football 25 on it?

Mine was awesome until an Update killed the hard drive. I stuck it in a closet and bought the Series X. It does not feel like an upgrade.
